Patrick Crossman is the proprietor of the firm and a criminal defence specialist, having started the firm of Crossmans in 1991.
He is vastly experienced in criminal defence work having been a Police Station Duty Solicitor and Court Duty Solicitor for more than 25 years and having represented clients in over 3,500 Police interviews under caution and many thousands of Court appearances.

Guen is an experienced Criminal Defence Lawyer, she is an Accredited Police Station Representative and Duty Solicitor with over 10 years of experience. She will advise you in the Police Station and represent you in the Magistrates Court.
Guen has a dynamic and robust approach, but will handle your case in a sensitive way, keeping you informed about the law, evidence and the process.
She has some 20 years experience in advocacy and social welfare, so is used to dealing with people who face disadvantage – whether through lack of knowledge regarding their legal rights, through hardship, stressful family or financial circumstances or disabilities. This means she is able to provide you with representation to the highest standard.

Susan has been working in various aspects of criminal law for many years.
Susan has drafted domestic legislation and EU legislation relating to crime including terrorism.
Since moving to Bristol in 2008 Susan has practiced criminal law and become a Duty solicitor – assisting clients both at the Police Station and in the Magistrates Court.
Susan is also a part-time associate lecturer at the University of the West of England – a role that dovetails neatly with her PhD studies in International Law.
